Harpers Ferry 2021

Typically, Troop 581 is recovering from summer camp and high adventure during the month of August, but this year decided to go camping anyway. The Troop visited historic Harpers Ferry, VA. Scouts had the opportunity to go zip lining, climb through the trees and go inner tubing, all courtesy of Aerial Adventure Park. Scouts also hiked to historic Harpers Ferry where they stood at the point where the Shenandoah & Potomac rivers converge and saw historic John Brown Cave, John Brown Fort/Firehouse, & Jefferson Rock. When not taking in the sights, Scouts worked on general scoutcraft and mountain man skills.
